Another designer or agency has been engaged for the same project.

A complete design overhaul has been requested.
The refund claim is submitted after the eligible time frame.
The client’s business has closed or undergone a name change.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as “change of mind,” “partner disagreement,” or any non-service-related issues.
For bundled service packages, refunds apply only to the specific unsatisfactory service — not the entire package.
Refunds are not applicable once final files have been delivered.
Free or promotional items are non-refundable and non-revisable.
Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are pre-purchased products.
For websites, refunds will not be issued once the design has been approved and sent for development.
For logo projects, refunds will not be issued once positive feedback has been provided and final files have been delivered.
Refunds are not applicable for work outsourced to third-party providers.
